We are constantly looking out for new software products that help businesses become more efficient. CostX® is one of them.

Launched by our Australia-based partner Exactal Technologies, CostX® is a new software application for the construction and property industry. The product touted as “the 21^st century estimating solution for BIM” as it uses digital design data to accurately estimate quantities and costs within a live environment.

CostX® is a versatile and efficient project costing tool that can prepare bills of quantities, estimates and tender prices quickly and efficiently:

1. Versatility - No need to buy new software.  CostX® can integrate data into Microsoft Excel for easy data viewing and reporting. It is also designed to support many types of document formats – PDF, CAD drawings & 3D BIM.
   
   
2. Efficiency – saves you time in estimating quantities and minimize the need for re-calculations. One of CostX®’s function is a data-to-estimate live link that automatically provides quantities generation from 3D BIM models. Plus, when changes are made, automatic revisions to cost re-calculations are made as well.
